A Polish man was tasered by Canadian police after acting erratically when he could not find his mom. The man spoke only Russian and had never flown before. He died shortly after being tasered. Video shot by another traveler in the airport shows most of the incident before the man's death. A coroner's inquest has been ordered and police are investigating the event as well.
