A Missouri man, already serving a 38 year prison term for kidnapping his two young children, was charged in their murder after their remains were found in a shallow grave. The murder occurred over three years earlier, but the bodies were only recently found after the father notified authorities of where to find the remains. Mr. Porter has said he took his kids to terrorize his now ex-wife. He had no explanation for killing his children.
