An Illinois police officer was officially named a suspect for a potential homicide investigation in the disappearance of his young wife. Drew Peterson's former wife's body will also be exhumed so the cause of her untimely death can be investigated further. Kathleen Savio's body was found in 2004 in her bathtub. The coroner ruled her death an accident at the time, theorizing that she hit her head and then drown. When her body was found there was no water in the bathtub, but investigators thought by the time her body was found the water had drained out. Peterson did not comment on the ongoing investigation.
