DNA Evidence Inconclusive
A Kentucky man on death row must remain there due to inconclusive results from DNA testing. He was convicted of murdering two teens in 1984 and sodomizing one of them.

Family of DUI Victim Suing Bar
The family of a young man killed in a DUI incident earlier this year is suing the bar where he worked claiming they not only served the 19 year old alcohol, but that they also allowed their employees to drive when visibly intoxicated.

Man Will Not Be Retried For the Murder Of His Parents
After the Court of Appeals overturned the verdict in the case, prosecutors have decided not to retry the 36 year old New Yorker who has spent 17 years behind bars.
